"The Twins"
Long ago, in the womb of Purgatory. Compiled the lives of two brothers. Yet born at the same time, these brothers were not identical. One brother was born with a very slender physical feature, with flesh a type of stale green color. He had two very long boney arms with five fingers each. This brother also had a large mouth with very sharp ferocious looking teeth that connected to his elongated skull which was embellished with his large red eye right in the center of his forehead. They called him, Galdion. The other brother looked quite different from his kin, born with an accurate depiction of what an infant bird would appear to look like as if he had just hatched from a type of egg. He had a large cranium which housed his two very large eyes. His arms, connected to his pale pink fleshy body, resembling featherless wings that have yet to mature enough to sustain flight capabilities. And a very large almost stained yellow beak which he used for a numerous amount of different actions. He was called Grah. They had no similarities except one, their eyes. They had big red bulbous eyes, that were said to be able to read the thoughts and minds of those who stared into them. Therefor danger and threats were of no concern to the twins. The brothers rely on one another for everything such as food, warmth and comfort. Even at a young age they reacted and responded to other beings as if they had been around since the dawn of creation.
Their relationship was to prove them inseparable, they were well known as being “The Twins”. Until one day the twins began to disagree on many, many things. It was the simple thought of power and knowledge that began to tear the brothers apart. With their eyes having the ability to seek out ones thoughts and be able to predict future actions, Galdion began gathering information from other beings who dwelled in Purgatory. Learning their secrets and existence to their ways of living. Grah was appalled. He felt that abusing their natural gift by accumulating information for the wrong reasons, was unforgivable. Their eyes were meant to provide the brothers with a sense of safety and longevity, so that one day they could grow old. Becoming elders, with the collection of knowledge they received from the lives that have past them, providing an exceptional future for their realm deep in Purgatory.
So one day Grah regrettably used the power of his eyes to read the thoughts and understand what his brother had planned. If these creatures had the ability to shed a tear from their eyes, what Grah saw surely would have caused such a reaction. He saw his brother, commencing in his plans to overtake their realm in the void of Purgatory and rise to ultimate power. He saw his very own brother killing, murdering, and eradicating any being who proved to be a threat to his plans. Most discerning though, he saw the attempt of a brother trying to take another brothers life. Grah could not believe what his eyes have seen deep within his brothers evil thoughts.
